What to include

Tell us which agent or browser you use, what you tried, and the error message. Include your app name if relevant. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment-card details, or screenshots that contain private customer data.

Connection help

A restricted connection reads saved marketing context and saves proposed plans for review. It does not publish, send outreach, run paid research, generate images, or execute tasks. A proposed plan is not completed work.

If sign-in fails, use password recovery. For setup instructions, see the documentation.

Privacy requests

Use the same support email to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
